A:  This unit will ship on a pallet containing 4 boxes (2 glass boxes, 2 hardware boxes). The door glass box will be approximately 32" x 76", the stationary glass box will be approximately 8" x 76", the box with the wall channels will be approximately 8" x 74", and the box with the handle and hinges will be approximately 8" x 10". A:  This product will ship on a pallet containing 4 boxes - 2 glass boxes, 2 hardware boxes. The combined weight of just the boxes will be approximately 100 LBS. A:  The Unidoor model series comes with adjustable hinges. The hinges will come pre-set from the factory for outward swing, which is the recommended use, but they can be adjusted to allow for inward swing or for both inward and outward swing. A:  For this Unidoor style, you cannot mount the hinges to the stationary glass. If you are looking for a model where the hinges mount to the stationary panel, you will need to switch to the Unidoor-X style. A:  No - this model will not fit a 35-1/4" opening. The absolute maximum finished width this model will fit is 35". All of the model width tolerances we provide for this product in any size will be the absolute minimum and maximum finished width tolerances. This model is available in the next size up and that would fit a 35-36" opening. Model # SHDR-20357210-04 will fit an opening that is between 35" (absolute minimum) and 36" (absolute maximum). A:  Thank you for reaching out to DreamLine. To avoid damaging the ClearMax, please avoid using any chemical cleaners on the glass (i.e. ammonia, bleach, scrubbing agents, acidic cleaners, etc). DreamLine does recommend that you remove any small amounts of residual water from the glass and hardware after each use with a squeegee and/or soft cloth. Should you ever need to clean the glass, you should only use mild dish detergent, a soft cloth, and warm water to rinse - then dry with a squeegee and/or soft cloth. Water softeners are pretty common, so as long as you stick to the care, maintenance, and cleaning guidelines we have provided, you should not have any issues.
