A:  The DreamLine Unidoor shower doors now feature adjustable hinges, allowing you to choose if you would like the door to open inward or outward. The hinges come to you pre-set by the factory to open outward, which is the recommended position. Should you choose to adjust the hinge to open inward, you will need to change the orientation of the vinyl piece that the door closes against, installing the flange on the outside of the shower. Instructions will be included with the hinge for changing the orientation of the swing. A simple adjustment is all that it takes to allow the door to open inward. A:  The Unidoor moving panel requires double studs behind the finished walls for installation of that panel. The stationary panel does not require studs, however. If you have the ability to access the wall from behind and install wood blocking or an additional stud, that would be a solution. A:  All of DreamLine’s shower doors are made of frameless, tempered glass panels. Shower door models with the ability to adjust for out of plumb conditions will feature a framed perimeter and are considered to be semi-frameless as the glass panels themselves, do not have frames.
