A:  You would attach the JAM bracket to the wall through the hole in the front which you can see in the picture. The screw would rest at the arch, and then you would tighten the bracket with a screwdriver from underneath to close the gap between the top of the bracket and your shelf. This allows the bracket to be able to handle a wider range of shelf board thicknesses.

A:  We do not recommend that our brackets be installed anywhere it would have consistent contact with water.

A:  This model is rated for use with up to 8 inch wide shelves. Some of the supports that accommodate 10 inch shelves include the Ara, Elliot, and Scoop models.

A:  Height is 2 inches plus the height of the shelf. Width is 1 inch. Depth is 1.5 inches.

A:  The bracket can be opened to 3/16" to 3/4" thick.

A:  There are screws on the bottom of the bracket that adjust the tightness.

A:  YES! I have had mine up for almost two years, they hold up very well. Mine are holding glass shelves as well, each shelf is 24 inches long. They are above the toilet and hold extra bathroom essentials (lotions, oils, soaps, etc). I have not had a problem with them ever! I am glad that I found them as they make using glass shelves easier and they look good too!

A:  Yes, but you will need 4 brackets per shelf instead of 2.

A:  I'm using a pair of them to mount a 24x24 glass corner shelf.

A:  The glass shelf must be less than 8 inches deep and at least 3/8 inch thick. Mike

A:  The corner shelf will work if you use two supports.

A:  Yes, they are made for glass. There is a rubber cushion on the bottom section to hold the glass tight.

A:  Yes, as long as they are within 3/16 in. to 3/4 in. thick.
