A: Not sure about a non-frosted cover. I bought LED bulbs and put in this light fixture which gave much better lighting results than standard bulbs.

A: Hi Nasren,
The glass is held on with 3 "claw" brackets.
One of those is spring loaded.
If you pull that one out, you can slip the glass away from the other 2 brackets and remove.

One of the 3 clasps holding the glass on the AC18552 light kit is spring loaded.
Pull it straight out and slip the glass away from the other 2.

A: Yes, it takes an ordinary rod. I had to put one on mine when I installed it to allow it to hang lower. The wiring from the motor is long enough to allow this.
