Model T17455 will have the same parts, design and specifications, any where it is purchased. There are some model's we do manufacture exclusively for Home Depot.       A:  Hello RJade, Thank you for your question. The tub spout of the Delta Victorian Tub and Shower T17455 does not have and plastic removable parts. The brass adapter is the only part designed to be removed for installation. We would advised flushing the valve body or back flushing through the tub spout, for any low flow issues.               A:  Dear Newby, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, the Delta Victorian Tub and Shower T17455-RB faucet can be installed without using/installing the tub spout. You would just need to remember to cap off the bottom port of the main rough-in valve assembly, behind the wall. Best regards, Tanya
