A:  Hi Lucky, Thank you for your question. In an shower set up in which a fixed and handheld shower head are going to be installed 2 different rough in valves would be used. The R10000 rough for the tub/shower trim that will turn the faucet on and off and control the water temperature is one. The other rough is the R11000 diverter rough that goes with a 3 setting diverter trim that will allow you to use each shower head individually or both at the same time. Thanks, Dave
