A:  It is already installed, I did not specifically look. I think it is all stainless and not brass. The Delta stainless composition I don't know, it more dull aesthetically than other brands but the right price and the kitchen faucet has performed well 6 years

A:  Yes. That is exactly what I did and discarded the wall extension arm that came with the Delta fixture. In my application, I ordered the complete Delta fixture in Venetian Bronze and ordered this ceiling mount to complete the installation.
