Q:My tub has the faucet on one side of the tub an the handles on the other. Can I still use this trim kit with my current configuration?

A:  Hi Cluckie, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T2738-RB can be used on an existing Delta Faucet trim as long as the set screw is in the back of the spout and there is not a retaining screw in the spout going into the rough in valve. Thanks. Jody

      Q:My plumber says I probably have the Delta 2710 valve on our Garden Tub. Will that work with the Roman fauset T2738SS or do I have to have the 2707 val

      A:  Hi Thomas, Thank you for your question. Based on your plumber saying that you have a model 2710, the only model that can replace that without putting in a new valve is Delta Faucet model T2710. There is an anti-seize pin that is in the model and only in this model so no other model can be used. Thanks. Jody

        A:  Hi Rick, The lavatory faucet will not need an extra valve. The roman tub faucet will use the valve R2707.
