A: I have bright chrome finish on all my plumbing fixtures as well as door hardware. I also live 500 feet from the ocean. I do not have issues with my kitchen fixtures but the fixtures in the restrooms do pit from the hard water. Fingerprints are not a problem. The fixtures are wiped on a daily basis and look good. I am including a picture of this faucet after 8 months.

A: I love this faucet ! Have had it for over a year and no issues with keeping it clean. Because of the sleek design wipes down super easy.

A: No, not at all. We have it in our powder room so it's only used by guests, but it always looks great and an occasional quick swipe with a damp paper towel and it's perfect.

A: Hi, Ta!
Thank you for your question. The finish can show fingerprints and water drops. We recommend to wipe clean after each use with a soft wash cloth.

A: It is not hard to clean at all like all stainless Steel products you have water marks collect on it once there is water left when not dry. Satisfied with this product
by|May 5, 2023
A: Yes, it does show every drop of water. Stainless steel probably would have been a better choice. But it is still beautiful.

Q:what is the spout projection and is the pop up drain oversized and why is there a drain lever if a pop up drain is included

Answer This Question
A: Hi, doti!
Thank you for your question. The spout length is 6 1/16". The pop up drain assembly is not a push pop, therefore, the lift rod is necessary to pull the stopper down and lift back up.

Rosanna

A: Yeah the pop up drain lever is projected out side on the back tangentially. I had to remove because it comes in way. This product is ok, not that great. I do not recommend, not worthy compared to price
by|May 5, 2023
A: Drain levers are used to enable the drain to "pop-up." This unit comes with the drain assembly and the lever that operates it. The overall spout projection is 6-1/16 inches.
by|May 5, 2023
A: The spout projection is 6 Inches. The drain is operated, opened and closed, via the drain lever.

A: This is the closest to brushed nickel, you won't notice a difference. No 3 hole plate is included, made for 1 hole vanity top.

A: Thank you for your question, Karen! The Stainless Steel finish is a close match to brushed nickel. The 3-hole escutcheon plate is sold separately, part number RP78358SS.

Q:This is for John with Delta unless one of you that have installed one of these can answer it also.
How does it mount to the counter. I assume it has a round threaded extension that clamps it to the counter top? Shows nothing in the information.

A: Hi, Doc!
Thank you for your question. There are two nuts and two washers in the mounting hardware kit that is included with this faucet that would need to be tightened underneath the sink to secure the faucet to the sink. This will be on Page 2 of the manual and installation guide. Here is the link for this:

A: I have an entire (large) house full of Delta and I am nearly positive they all install the same way , just as you describe, threaded round extensions that get screwed on underneath.
I will say that not all the extensions are the same -- I have an attached apartment on my new house (for renting) and we have granite countertops (both in my house and the apartment) -- we bought a fairly entry-level kitchen faucet for the apartment, but because it had shorter extensions than normal (I guess? or perhaps all the others we bought were just different sized) it could not fit because the extension could not pass the thickness of the granite. We wound up returning it and getting some $300 monstrosity of a Swan-looking one (also by Delta) which fit fine. But we have different Deltas in 6 different bathrooms, 2 different kitchens, with tubs and showers and sinks etc. All good so far.

A: Thank you for your question Nance.
The closest collections to the Ara 567LF-SSPP in a kitchen line would be the Mandolin, Mateo, Kine or Trinsic styles. I will include a link below to all collections and models that are similar to the Ara line below.

Q:It says "valve not included. What does that mean? Is there something else I need to buy I order to install this?

Answer This Question
A: The plumbing valve that attaches your hot and cold supply lines to the sink has a valve that you can shut off to make repairs. That doesn't come with this faucet. Of course it has a valve in it to turn on/off/mix the water in the sink.
by|Feb 3, 2019
A: Thank you for your question Gail!
The Modern 567LF-PP model comes with everything needed for installation. The ceramic valve cartridge comes already installed. We apologize for the confusion.
