A:  As it comes from Home Depot, it is not reversible, but if you are just a little bit handy, you can easily reverse it. Looking through the side that attaches to the wall, there is a screw. You can loosen it with a 2mm allen wrench. Then the two parts freely separate. You'll need to make a new flat on the hook part that corresponds to the new angle at which you want it to hang. After carefully deciding how I wanted to remount it, I used a file to make this new flat. I now have a matching pair that are mirror images of each other ready to mount on each side of my double vanity. The whole thing took about 15 minutes to do. Good luck!

A:  No it's not. The towel part is supposed to be solidly attached. Although it is not-- comes loose and falls out (been thru 2 of these now and it's annoying when you dry your hands and the whole bar comes down which is frequent). So the towel part falls out but the rod is D shaped so you can't put it in the opposite way and reverse it.

A:  No I purchased 2 and both mount with the opening on the left.

A:  It's tricky. At first it is stuck, and juts out from the wall at an odd angle. I was able to get it to move so it rotates a bit. The downside of that is then it seems to break something loose inside and the curved bar part falls out of the wall bracket--all the time! Any one drying their hands while the towel is on the rack puts enough force to pull it right out, then it falls onto the vanity with a loud metallic crash. It's embarrassing when guests come over... even if we warn them, often hear the crash and know.

A:  Yes, the towel ring does move.

A:  I just opened mine up and I have the exact same problem. I don't understand Delta's response however. I don't see a screw that I can access anywhere. There appears to be a rivet inside the base but no screw. The ring is frozen and won't budge. Back to the store I guess

A:  Thank you for your interest in our product. This should be tilted the other direction. The ring may be installed incorrectly. You can remove the screw (adjustment bolt) from the back side of the post and then rotate the ring outward. You may contact us for further assistance. Kind Regards, emccollum

A:  It is not suppose to move, but mine does because it is not stable. It is constantly moving out of level.

A:  What looks like a rivet in the back is a 2mm hex head. Use an allen wrench and you can easily tighten it down.
