A:  Follow the procedure for installation from the accompanying brochure. It’s simple.

A:  Sounds like the mounting bracket was installed incorrectly. It needs to be installed with the long side having vertical orientation. There is a set screw at the bottom of the disc that may be loosened with an Allen wrench. A couple of left turns should be enough to permit removal. Remove the ring, fix the bracket, reinstall the ring with the set screw at the bottom & it should be good to go.

A:  GLS, Thank you for your question. To remove the base from the bracket, you push up from the bottom of the post to engage the spring and then pull the top towards you to remove from the bracket. Best, Customer Care Team

A:  You hold the ring and pull up so that it will disengage from the top of the holder, and tilt the top out and remove. There is a spring mechanism on the mounting plate. If you are still having a problem, see the instruction material (it is available on line under the product). Hope this has been of some help I went and removed one of the two I have in the bathroom to see if it still functions, and the answer is yes after about five years of great service. A:  The Delta wall anchors are absolute garbage. Buy metal wall anchors.

A:  Happened to us, also. When you remove the base from the wall, you can reach the screw inside the bar the projects from the base. Place the towel holder in place, tighten the screw with an Allen wrench and it should stay together. The design allows for that little stabilizer screw to be hidden from sight.

A:  It was installed in the condo in Florida where we winter. I am guessing that it is 1 1/2 inches and from the wall about 1 inch
