A:  Delta answered correctly on how to clean this wand.... but what they didn't mention is that the restrictors in the wands are so aggressive that it takes almost nothing to plug them up. We purchased (2), and the restrictors were so bad that neither would work in our house.

A:  Thank you for your question, Nik. Please unscrew the hose from the hand shower to check for debris in the screen. You can also try tapping it on the counter to help dislodge any debris. This area has narrower passage ways than inside and the hand shower is not designed to be disassembled further. This shower head is composed of a mixture of metallic and non-metallic components. We primarily manufacture of our products with a mixture of metallic and non-metallic materials for safety and longevity of the model. Fully metallic products tend to rust overtime and often hold heat which causes burns easily. Also, non-metallic shower heads and hand held wands will hurt a lot less if dropped on your body while showering and will be a lot more light weight when holding the wand for an extended period of time. A:  Don't do it. These wands are HORRIBLE!!!!! Absolute waste of money. They have a water restrictor that restricts about 90% of the water, so water just dribbles out. Trust me, buy something else!!!

A:  Hi pg, Thank you for your question. This model includes a hand shower, hose, and wall mount. To turn the water on you will need a shower valve and trim, R10000 and T14, T17, or T17T. You can then divert the water with a 3 or 6 setting diverter valve R11000 and a T118_ or T119_ trim kit. Best regards, Jon
