Q:I purchased this item in late June, 2015 and had it professionally installed in late August, 2015. Now, approximately 16 months later, it has developed a leak from inside the fixture. Water is not leaking form one of the plumbing connections but is coming from above the countertop, within the fixture. What could be the cause of this and how should it be repaired?
