                            A:  Hi PD, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 594-CZMPU-DST does include a 6 1/8" escutcheon plate that may work to cover up your holes. Or you can use soap dispenser for lotion and soap to cover them up. We recommend either model RP50781CZ or RP71543CZ. Thanks. Jody
