A:  Thank you for your question JBW! This is a difficult question to answer, depending on your settings, you can potentially record years of footage. It all depends on the recording resolution, number of cameras, motion or continuous recording and what is being recorded when.

A:  I haven't tried to call them but they never answered my email either but I figured out my problem on my own, all the things I have read there customer service is terrible, but so far the system is doing what its suppose to do for the price I guess, let me know what the problem is and I might be able to help you but no guarantees

A:  Hello Cabin, thank you for your inquiry. Our cameras to not come equipped with audio pickups. The DVR does have a connection for 1 audio equipped camera to be connected, but that would have to be obtained from another manufacturer.

A:  No, this model does not have audio capabilities.

A:  It has an option to record sound but I personally have never used it I don't think that these cameras have a mic built in

A:  Absolutely from anywhere in the world you must have it connected to the Internet and you log on any computer and see or you can do it from your phone

A:  Yes, the surveillance system will monitor a house when not at home.
