A:  Dear BabV, The Decor Grates 4 in. x 14 in. Steel Floor Register in Brushed Nickel does have an adjustable airflow with it.

    A:  Your vent opening is irregular, but you need a 4 in. by 14 in. register. The damper box, needs to be smaller than the vent opening - this damper box is approximately 3.75 in. by 13.75 in. The faceplate is oversized at 5.5 in. by 15.5 in., so it will easily cover your vent opening.

            A:  No they are not adjustable, you need to measure the actual opening to get the right fit.

              A:  This register is not adjustable. The dimensions of the decorative brushed nickel plate are 15 1/2" by 5 1/2". The dimensions of the black louver box that inserts into the hole in the floor are 13 5/8" by 3 3/4".
