A: Dear Kimberly,
This tile not recommended for shower floors, however, it can be used as a shower wall application.

A: Based on the description, I think you'll be fine installing on a shower wall but not on the floor. I installed ~30sqft on a fireplace step and surround and plan to use it for my shower niches. Good luck

A: Dear Kayla
The Restore Bright White 9 in. x 12 in. x 6.35 mm Ceramic Mosaic Tile will either have a mesh back or a dot mounting.

A: It's not a mesh back but the tiles are all connected and can go up on the wall in a "sheet". It seems like glue dots holding each tile to each other. You can easily cut through the glue to separate them if you want

Q:Part of the description says "not recommended for shower floors" but another section lists shower as an appropriate place to install. I would love it for a bathroom floor but also to transition to the shower floor. Can you clarify? Thanks!

Answer This Question
A: Hi Sarah, this item is 0.60 square feet per piece, each piece sold individually. Each piece weight equals 1.37 lbs. It can only be purchased from a Home Depot store, which is why Express Delivery is the only option for this item. If "Pick Up In Store" is not an option, this item is likely not available in your local Home Depot store. I would recommend contacting your store for more information on availability. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot!

A: AshJo,
This tile is currently available for ordering.
by|Jan 6, 2020
A: Yes, the item description states that this tile is suitable for both wall and floor application. Because it is ceramic, it will be less prone to water damage than some other types of flooring. However, porcelain tile is the least absorbent in the ceramic family, making it an ideal choice for kitchen and bathroom flooring.

A: I wouldn't use them as floor tiles.... they seem to break pretty easily.
