Q:Will these also fit Craftsman versastack boxes?

A:  Not 100% sure but they look exactly the same the Craftsman and the Dewalt 17" I would get you can always send it back if it is not right. But they look the same I compared the Craftsman to the one I have. I pulled out the foam to make the cutouts I needed and then sprayed it with Plasti Dip. That gave it a waterproof more durable finish.

A:  Yes. I had to trim a bit to fit the clear lid box but the other tool box fits fine.

A:  Just one to fill up the small TSTAK case. It is layers of foam so it makes it easier to customize the insert to the tools or whatever you put inside.

A:  The image is for one, complete, unit. The multiple layers are all glued together into one unit. Each "little square" is actually a "cube" of foam that you can "pick" out with your fingers...you can pick a layer deep...or multiple layers deep. great if you need to form "ledges" and "valleys".

A:  You gey one insert about 2 1/2" thick. It is made up of 6 thinner pieces glued together. I think they do this to make the partial pre-cut grid system work.

A:  No, too small. I am pretty sure the tough box has their own version.

                            A:  about 5/8" square

A:  The "squares" are roughly 1/2" on all sides....and as deep as one layer of foam. The "stack" is made up of several (7 or 8) layers of foam. (each layer is roughly 1/4" thick. I used a thin blade X-acto knife to cut along the cube score-lines. The bottom layer isn't scored so it acts as a final bottom base layer. You can remove as many layers as you like in any combination.

A:  The squares are 1/2 inch and are easily removed, I was concerned that if they could be removed so easily that they would fall out under everyday tool use once the foam was in service but I got the foam for the 20 volt max jigsaw with batts and charger and use it almost every day and the the foam is holding up better than I thought it would and it is now about three months.
