        A:  The connection is 120v. It is not recommended by the manufacturer DEWALT to use an adapter or transformer to attempt to force the saw to work at different voltage.

                  Q:My recent question referred to the riving knife raising-lowering rod. This is a smooth, non-threaded vertical rod between the motor housing and riving knife. It accumulates dust from the riving knife raising-lowering space left of the rod.

                    Q:What lubricant does DeWALT recommend for the riving knife (Splitter) raising-lowering rod. This is a vertical chrome shaft between the motor housing and the riving knife. Part is not apparent on the parts diagram.
