Q:I purchased the Danco 4Z-24H/C to fix a leaky cold faucet. However, clockwise turns it off, and counter-clockwise turns it on, exactly what I would expect for hot, but not cold. How do I use this with cold?

A: If you pull out t\he pin on the top and reverse the direction, you can either use for hot or cold water. Ask for a experienced plumber associate. Some of them are. They can show you how in the store... my personal experience.

A: Hi, Dan. Thanks for your question. Here are a few quick steps that will let you use this stem for the cold water handle:
• Remove the clip from the stem
• Lift the handle stop up and rotate it to the other bumper
• Lower the stop and replace the clip
