Answer This Question
A: if it's coming out slowly, is it leaking down into the spout if you have one? If so you need to replace a diverter.
If it's coming out slowly it could be both hot or cold stems, but it could also be because you have galvanized pipes. If no other faucet in your house has low flow, then it may not be because of the pipes.
The best way to know what brand is to shut off the water and remove the valves and bring it into the store

A: Thank you for your interest in Danco products. The best way to determine what stem you need, if you don't already know the brand, is to take the stems into your local Home Depot store. There, a helpful plumbing associate can show you how to measure and gauge your stem, and then match it to a product in our Stem ID book or on the shelf.

A: HD does sell the tool to remove the old stem. It's really just a big socket you can use with a phillips screwdriver shaft, to turn it with.
