A:  The metal part is mounted onto the wall/ceiling but the frosted glass part has notches/grooves that catches onto knobs on the metal part. So grip the glass part with the palms of yuour hands and turn a few inches -- not all the way around like a screw -- and it'll detach. Make sure you have a good grip on the glass part otherwise it may fall out of your hands.

A:  There is no bulb to replace. The LEDs are an integral part of the electronics -- soldered into the fixture. To remove the glass cover, grip it with both hands and turn a few inches. You should feel it detach from the metal ring that is mounted onto the wall/ceiling.
