A:  There should be no open knots on the surface, but could be some sound knots on the back.. Give me a call at 336-291-5869 so we can discuss the HPVA grades in more detail. Thanks -- Michael

A:  No - some small knots were on the finished side but were to be expected given the item description. The reverse side, while knot free, had significant colouration differences consistent with heartwood vs that further from the centre.

A:  Yes. This is a plywood panel and far stronger than particle board.

A:  Hello, The veneer core construction of the white oak panel will have more structural strength than a similar particle board panel.

A:  It is as strong as good quality plywood.

A:  Hello, I would not recommend the product for outdoor applications. We use a water resistant glue – but not a waterproof/exterior rated adhesive. For this application you will need an exterior rated panel. Even with a good seal coat.
