A:  Hi, This will be unfinished. It is our standard white oak board, so there will be nothing applied on the sides.

A:  Hi, I would not recommend for floor applications. The white oak veneer on the panel is thin and not designed to stand up to wear and tear of a floor application.

A:  Hi Tammy, You would want to use something like trim lumber or edge banding to cover the plywood edge. The edge is not intended to be exposed.

A:  This is why I haven't bought a thing, saving my money, not throwing it away. Somebody is pocketing the money, but not from me.
