A:  Spoke to Closetmaid- They have DISCONTINUED THE ENTIRE 'DELUXE' LINE OF TOWERS. They will not be manufacturing this item anymore. If you have the deluxe tower and need accessories, you (like me) are out of luck. Call 800-874-0008 to confirm

A:  These drawers and the hutch system is discontinued. We've spoken with Closetmaid directly and they literally have ZERO white deluxe drawers to fit the bottom of the hutch. Don't wait your time. We now have to fully uninstall our entire system because of this screw up.

A:  I ALSO CONTACTED CLOSETMAID. THEY ARE DISCONTINUED AND I ALSO HAVE A CLOSET SYSTEM INSTALLED WITHOUT ANY DRAWERS. HOME DEPOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT OFF YOUR WEBSITE SO NO ONE ELSE INSTALLS THE IMPRESSIONS DELUXE SYSTEM EXPECTING TO GET BOTTOM DRAWERS.

A:  I've spoken with ClosetMaid directly and they have clearly stated that they have discontinued it. Home Depot website continues to misguide customers by saying items is out of stock. We have to uninstall our entire system and return. Big inconvenience!!!

This department is usually located near the lumber department. Regular customer service cannot provide this service. You must go to the Pro Desk.
