          Q:Do you sell any actual carriage doors, or folding garage door? Rather than faux carriage doors? Our garage doesn’t have an entry door from the outside & we need doors that swing or fold open while keeping the garage secure.

          A:  Hi Rayna, All the doors that Clopay manufactures are sectional overhead doors. They all go up and down rather than swing open. If you are concerned about an opener malfunction while the door is down (with no other access) there is a device called an "emergency outside disconnect" (Internet #312648306 Model # 4150819) that can be installed to release the opener from the outside in this situation.                   A:  The “hardware” I’m assuming you mean the handles and adding faux hinges. Home Depot has a kit available in the store.

                    Q:Can we get the same door with double pane glass that is frosted without going the special order route? Is the White color Standard White or Glacier White? If we order the door online, do we just arrange installation through the store? In your book, it indicates the windows have a 10 year warranty. What does that cover if it doesn't replace the broken window or the broken grill that other customers have?
