Q:does this have schemattics on motor because horness colors are a lil differnt

A: The have the wire colors for the different motor speeds on the motor label. They also show which leads to switch around to run the motor in the opposite direction. Make sure you buy a new capacitor when you get the motor.

A: Yes, there is a diagram with wire colors. Instead of two brown wires, mine had a brown wire and a brown/white one.
The other difference for me was that the white wire (neutral) on the old motor is now a yellow wire on the new motor.
