Answer This Question
A: You have to have a spare switch hole in the wall or make one or even replacement. Was very difficult to hook up even with directions.

A: It has its own wall controller that ties into the existing wiring for the fan or ceiling light your replacing. It is not a remote control that can be carried throughout the room or area of installation.
by|Aug 18, 2020
A: The wall control is hardwired.
by|May 4, 2023
A: It should be a wall mounted remote controller or an "in-wall" remote which basically means you take out the switch wire through the remote to power the fan, but It still uses a battery to power the remote and RF signal to run the fan

A: The wall control will replace your current on/off switch in your wall. It is hardwired and not wireless like a remote would be.
