    A:  I'm not exactly sure what you mean by three latch locking system? It is mortised for two locks, a deadbolt and a knob of your choice. You can always add a third one if you want to.

                A:  yes the door are insulated. unfortunately I'm very unhappy with that product..for some reasons those picture moldings around little glass shrunk and now i have ugly unpainted white lines all around.
