A:  Hi dave, Thank you for question on the 423002 range hood. The Kenmore hood was replaced by the 88,000, but that has also been discontinued. Your Kenmore hood has been obsolete for a number of years and we no longer manufacture a range hood with a 9" height. A:  Hi Star, Thank you for your question for Broan-NuTone model 42000 Series Range Hood. For your Kenmore Model # 23352053004 we find the Aluminum Grease Filter is part number S99010316 and the Non-Duct Filter is part number S99010317.

A:  Hi Sandy, Thank you for your question on the 422404 range hood. This model is designed to be hard-wired. The HCK44 cord kit is compatible with this hood and will allow you to plug it into an outlet. The cord kit does not come with the hood and must be purchased separately.

A:  If you want the vent fan to work properly it should be hooked up the existing vent duct work. If none exists, then some sort of venting needs to be installed. 

A:  Yes, this is a ducted model, if you want to run the fan, and exhaust to the outside this is the model to get. Sounds to me that you want a ductless.

A:  Hello. Thank you for your interest in the 423604 (36" stainless steel). This range hood series has a 7" round duct. It MUST be ducted to the outside. If your project requires a non-duct installation, you may want to consider the following models: 413604. We also offer many convertible models (these can be ducted OR non-ducted): F403604, BCSD136SS.
