Q:The specification here online states 99% chlorine reduction. Product performance data (provided insert in the product box) states only 57.8%. I bought this product based on the online specs. So which is correct?

A: Shower head has helped with the fluoride in the water. My skin is not inflamed or dry as it was before. The water feels softer. I recommend.

Q:Hello. Does this shower head and or the filter have a California Proposition 65 Warning associated with it? Does this shower head and or the filter contain phthalates, BPA, and or Lead? I would appreciate it if someone would write the brand names and model numbers of ones that do not. Thank you.

A: This was a Brita Filter, I no longer have packaging. You could contacts the company to get further insight.
I noticed this in the reviews: The product is certified by whatever NSF and ANSI standards so I feel better using it.
I bought a bunch of these for my whole family because I approve of the product, and it's a great value buy

A: Is using any water I use hot water and I see the difference. I move to central NY and the water was coming very different from where I am use to. I have not smell chlorine in the water even when the water is hot after I installed the filtration system.

A: Hello. Thank you for this inquiry. To ensure proper communication, noted below are Installation Instructions as found within the carton of the Brita In-Line Shower Filtration System:
Step 1 Remove Existing Shower Head
• Remove existing shower head from shower arm.
• Clean shower arm to remove any residue
or debris.
Step 2 Apply Plumber’s Tape
• Wrap plumber’s tape clockwise around the
threads on the end of shower arm.
Step 3 Install Filter System
• Screw Filter System onto the threads of shower
arm in a clockwise position until hand-tight.
• Using wrench, tighten an additional 1/4 turn.
Step 4 Flush System
• Turn on water to shower head. In order for the
Filter System to flush out any air and carbon
fines (fine black powder) from the Filter
Cartridge, allow the water to run for
approximately 5 minutes.
