A:  I looked on the net and the factory replacement is listed at 5.25 x4.5" so based on that I would say yes, but be careful with removing it from the package and if the depth is off (I will not fit, such the cover will not close) then you should be able to bring it back to Home Depot, I have had such issues and they exchanged the item for me or gave me credit on my card.
