          Q:Maybe it's possible to kill two birds with one stone. I think I may be able to attach the hose to s stiff rod, maybe a properly sized piece of rebar, and use it as a weed killer. Not sure how I'd attach it the rod but zip ties is a guess. Could also run the hose through conduit? Has anybody tried this or have thoughts, advice, or warnings? Thanks

          A:  I used a similar setup with an old broom handle. I attached the hose with zip ties, and the working end with hose clamps. You cant run it through a conduit, unless you use a fairly large diameter one because of the size of the fittings on the hose.

            A:  This is only an extension hose. The first and most important question is what type of torch head do you plan on using. The second and equally important question is how many weeds are you dealing with? If you have a lot of weeds the 1lb tank won't last very long. I know it's fun to be creative however there are already a number of manufactures that offer torches designed specifically for killing weeds. I personally use the "Red Dragon" torch with a 20lb tank.
