            A:  Hello, Thank you for your question and interest in this product. During the day when the primary light source is outside, people can not see inside. However, at night when your lights are on, people can see inside. If privacy is needed at night, a secondary treatment such as drapes or curtains would be recommended.

                A:  Hello Susan, Thank you for your question and interest in this product. For your width I would recommend one of the following two options: 1) Order the 36" pre-cut from the website. This will have a little more gap on the sides than you may like but it won't arrive too large for your window. 2) Order the 37" or larger shade and have your local Home Depot store cut it down for your 36 3/8" width as long as they have the machine available. This will provide a tighter fit and less light gap on the sides.

                  A:  Hello Skippy: Thank you for your question. When ordering this product, the cut size will be 1/2" narrower than the size requested so that it fits inside a window opening. If your measurement is 24 3/8" you may consider ordering 24 1/2" in width.
