In the case of louvers, the formed stresses that are in the louver as it is extruded are released in a hot window. So a louver that was straight when it was installed could become warped when the blind is heated up. Shrinkage should not be an issue. If you are mounting between two areas and your width is 59", we suggest to order 59 as the width is 1/2" narrower.
