A: This comes as shown in the picture. Not sure what trim plate you are referring too, but all you need to install is included. They look great on our doors! Easy to install too.

Q:Does this work for a outswing bathroom door? I currently have a doorknob with a button that you can turn to lock but you can easily push the door open because the latchbolt doesn't stay in place. I'm beginning to think these doorknobs are only for inswing doors.

A: Baldwin Carnaby knob #353CYK RDB 11P can be used on in swing or out swing doors. The strike plate would need to be moved in the direction that the door opens so the bolt will reach the hole in the strike

A: The Baldwin Privacy levers will have a handle on both sides of the door. The outside handle will have a small hole for an emergency key and the inside handle will have the turn piece to lock the door.

A: The indoor knobs include a 'key' if you will, that is like a small flathead screwdriver which fits in the small hole you see in the pic. For door leading out your house, you would need to buy the keyed version. For closets they make a pass through version which does not lock.

A: The Baldwin Bed/Bath knob will have a knob on both sides of the door. The outside knob will have a small hole for an emergency key and the inside knob will have the turn piece to lock the door.
