Q:Is it slippery

Answer This Question
A: Hello Vader,
Thanks for reaching out. "The James Test" is used to determine the coefficient of friction for a floor surface. All Behr floor coatings pass the standards for a walking surface established for this test. Please note that this does not mean the floor coating will prevent slips or falls, especially if it is wet. I hope this information helps. Best, Roxana N.

Q:What is the lowest temperature it can dry in? And how long will it take?
by|Nov 8, 2017
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Hi Paha,
Thanks for writing in. The 1-Part Epoxy Concrete and Garage Floor Paint should be applied within temperature range on the label (between 50-90F & 10-32C). When applying the product towards the lower end of the temperature recommendation, the coating must dry for 24 hours if it's expected to drop below the range. So as long as you're within range (during application and within the first 24 hours), it'll take about 2 hours or more to dry to the touch and 4 weeks to fully cure. I hope this helps.

Answer This Question
A: Hi Jeannie67,
Thanks for writing in with your question. Our 1-Part Epoxy paint is not a waterproofer. If your concrete is uncoated, you will want to etch it and prime it with our Concrete Bonding Primer, (No. 880) before painting it.
I hope this information helps. Have a nice day!
Regards,
Giovanna
