Q:!) Can I use this paint on the exterior concrete wall? 2) Can I just paint one coat only (no prime) because there is old paint on the wall?

However, it will require a separate primer before application even if it's applied over a previously painted surface. Q:I used concrete bonding and primer and then painted concrete pool deck with the concrete paint. It is slippery when wet. Can I just apply the textured paint on top of that to not have slippery deck
