A:  When power returns after a total power loss, the connected lights will default to whatever position the silver dimmer knob is set to. Make sure that this dial is turned all the way to the left to the “Off” position when using a wireless touchpad. (You should hear an audible “click”) This will prevent the lights from automatically turning on after an outage, and will not affect the operation of this wireless touchpad. A:  No, you can not use one armacost wireless touchpad dimmer to control three separate 30 watt ballast, independently of each other.

A:  Unfortunately, you will not be able to achieve independent brightness control of separate zones from a single wireless touchpad. For your intended operation, we would recommend installing 3 wireless touchpads in place of the 120-volt on/off switches that you have planned for. You would use these touchpads (in combination with our 2-in-1 LED dimmer, homedepot.com item# 203227246) for on/off control of your lighting, and they could be used to control the brightness of each zone independently. Alternatively, you might consider using our AC dimmable drivers, like our 24-watt (homedepot.com item# 207158798) in combination with standard 120-volt AC dimmers. A:  Absolutely, your intended layout would work great. Each 2-in-1 dimmer can pair with as many as 3 unique touchpads, make sure each touchpad remains in range of the dimmer(s) it is connected to. Pair both touchpads to both dimmers to have simultaneous control of the two lighting zones from either touchpad location. A:  Yes, this wireless-ready LED dimmer is compatible with all of Armacost Lighting’s White lighting products, including model #213311. TO determine the power supply that you would need, add the wattage of all interconnected lights and choose a power supply that meets or exceeds this rating. Each of the lamps mentioned uses 3.2 watts at full brightness, and up to 9 can be powered off a single 30-watt power supply, homedepot.com item # 203227252. Smaller power supplies are available for applications requiring only a few lights, please contact support@armacostlighting.com for further information.
