    A:  Yes, you can duct it out the back wall. However.... 1. Try to make the 90 degree turn as far away from the top of the hood as possible. Distance will help. 2. Try to avoid or limit additional turns in your duct run. 45 or less degree turns are better and the fewer number of turns, the better. Keep in mind, with each turn, you lose some suction power. Turns are OK, but best to limit them so you achieve the best ventilating performance possible. Regards,
