Q:I do not have the 2.5" clearance on the inside of the door, required by the included handle set. Is it possible to use an alternative handle set with a lower profile?

If you don’t have the required 2-1/2” door sill measurement, we recommend adjusting the opening to meet the required measurement. We are sorry; however, we don’t have any alternative low-profile handle set and we do not recommend using other handles as this will void the door warranty. - Laine
