Q:Any suggestions on how to remove (unthread) the handles for this faucet (Tropic, widespread)? Unable to turn by hand and concerned about damage with a wrench. The cold water handle does not turn, and there is no cold water flow. Hot water is fine.

    Q:I own this faucet (model 7038.801 in satin finish). Was hoping to purchase the recommended coordinating accessories, such as hooks, towel bar, toilet paper holder, etc. Can you provide the best recommendations for these?

      Q:Should all required parts be included with 7038.801? We purchased 3 tropic faucets and only the hot/cold handles and faucets were in the boxes.

        Q:Can you tighten the handle on a tropic sink set?  Not at the base but at the twist handle.

          Q:We had the tropic faucet installed professiontally and after 5 years the cold will not turn at all and the hot is on the way out as well. Can you take apart and replace the cartidge or purchase a new faucet?
