Q:We had a plumber install the valve body for our Princeton tub/shower faucet. It seems like the hot and cold are reversed now. When the lever is pointed toward the lower right, the water is hot and when the lever is pointed towards the lower left, the water is cold. Can the valve be rotated 180 degrees to correct the problem? Thank you.

Answer This Question
A: The internal parts can not be rotated 180 degrees on this model, the handle would be pointing upwards instead of down. In order to reverse the water now, you will need the back to back cartridge 952377-0070A.

Q:I have had a house recently built and the plumber that installed this unit did not secure the valve to any structure in the wall. The whole valve mechanism is loose and the spicket is loose when one moves the spicket. He is telling me that is the correct way to install it. Please send me a reply.
