Q:Does the Princeton Diverter Spout for a shower have a gasket or something that requires replacement? My diverter is not shutting off the flow of water to divert it to the shower head.

A:  The diverter spout does not have repair parts it would need to be replaced.

    A:  The replacement trim kits that are sold today do not work with the older rough in valves. You would need to remove the valve in the wall.

      Q:I have an American Standard single-handle shower faucet that is chrome and I would like to replace the trim (Bezel, handle, etc) with an antique bronze trim kit. Which one works? The unit uses the PN 023529-0070A Cartridge 47 mm w/seals -c mix/rel+.

        A:  The trim has the handle that pulled out and then turns. I don't have a picture of the back of the handle.

                Q:I'm trying to adjust the water temperature and know what to do if I could only figure out how to get the handle off. Found the little plug at the bottom, but there is no set screw that I can find. Any help? Thanks, Momof3kings

                A:  The handle set screw is located inside the handle directly behind the plug button. Once removed, the hot limit can be set to the desired maximum temperature in accordance with the installation instructions.
