Q:Hello I have now replaced 4 of these in less than 4 months (ADAPTER F/HDLE SOFT COLONY), the plastic piece.  What am I missing.  The screw that holds it on breaks off the plastic way to often!  Is there a metal version?  Am I missing another piece?

        A:  You will need a 3/32 or 5/64 allenwrench to remove the set screw and then the handle will come off.

          Q:I want to purchase the metal lever M916802-0020A for my bathroom sink because the clear circle inside the handle broke and not sure if this lever comes with this part inside of it. Can you please check to see if the clear piece comes with lever.

          A:  The metal and plastic handles are not interchangeable, it sounds like you need the M950248-0020A handle.

            Q:I have bathroom tub faucet, Colony Soft 3-Handle Bath 3375.502. Can I change the handle with a different type and color? I would like to install an Oil Rubbed Bronze handle. Is this possible? Can be different style, but must fit the valve stem.

            A:  We do not offer any other finish handles that would work with the 3375.502 bath shower faucet.

                  Q:I need a what it looks like a ring that goes inside of the handle and it stops the handle where water stops coming out.... This piece that looks like a ring, broke and now my handle does not stop the water, it keeps turning 360.
