Q:I purchased 5 of these toilets when I moved into my new home 2 years ago. Now all of the push buttons on the top of the tanks are corroded. There is rust and green particles present from this corrosion. What's causing this and can this part be replaced?

A: The Push Buttons can be replace. The push buttons usually do not have any finish issues. Please be sure you are cleaning them as recommended in your installation guide.

Q:From the time you push to flush, what is the amount of time that should pass before the tank water refilling is complete? I measure about 20 seconds for the low-flush, and about 30 seconds for the high-flush. Is this correct?

Q:We purchased the H2Option Dual Flush Round Front (2889.216.020) and a seat/cover (5330.010.020). We tried to install both with a bidet attachment but the bidet attachment prevents the toilet seat from closing. Is there a specific bidet we need to use?
