Q:Just bought this but it doesnt flush on quick press of the button like my American standard cadet dual flush does, the edgemere has to have the button held for a couple of seconds, is there anyway to adjust it?

Q:Is this really a 10 inch rough? The spec sheet shows 12 inches. I'm trying to understand the full dimensions and the spec sheet doesn't seem accurate. What are the real dimensions of this toilet?

Q:What is comfort height and is there 16" high or are all toilets 12"?

A: Comfort height is 16.5" from floor to rim. It would be 17" with the seat installed. Standard height is 15". With the seat installed on standard height it would be 15.5". I believe the 12" you are referring to is the rough in size.
