Q:Our faucet just started spraying in a heavy and splattered pattern. I took off filter, cleaned it (not too dirty) and replaced it. Faucet has not improved. I felt inside and it feels like there is another filter above the one I screwed out. Could this be the probelem, if so, how do I get it out. Don't want to break anything. Thanks, Mike
