Q:is the pull out handle plastic or metal? If plastic are there any models which have a metal pull out handle?

A:  truc, The pull out on this one and the rest of our pull out models are plastic. The handle and plate are metal but the pull out is kept plastic so that it won't fall into the sink and chip or scratch it. Sincerely, your American Standard Consumer Connection Team

      Q:The Colony Soft Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet (model 4175.100) description/specs says it has "adjustable spray patterns". how is the spray pattern adjusted other than adjusting intensity of water with the handle? Does the face rotate the adjust the spray patten

        A:  Complete with two integral check valves. 2.2gpm/8.3L/min. maximum flow rate, 1.5gpm/5.7 L/min. maximum flow rate for F15 models. We do not sell direct you would need to purchase thru a dealer.
