Q:I have an American Standard 43 4189D/4338 barcode ST43-4189D-160 Triangle tank. will this bowl work, If not which elongated bowl will work?

Answer This Question
A: No
Replace the take and bowl. New tanks are pee tanks. New tank and bowl have a cleaner vortex water spin but for poo you will need to flush 3-4 times during use.
Again
New toilets are pee toilets and very very water efficient. Pee once Poo twice for almost no water use.
Also
Better for a septic system better for city sewer sytem better less cleaning but you have to understand low water use means change in how you use.

Answer This Question
A: Christan, Thanks for the question on the American Standard Cadet 3 Toilet bowl. If your toilet is 22 years, there would not be a suitable replacement for a current bowl. You would need to replace both the bowl and the tank, based off the information provided you can choose any Champion Series combination you would prefer.
